SXSW: The Week of Too Much Music

Written by  //  March 10, 2008  //  The Conservatory  //  1 Comment

In celebration of the diverse bands to be found in Austin this week, I have compiled a hodge-podge playlist for this week’s Snobcast. So what if these aren’t necessarily the bands that’ll be found there. I only said I was celebrating the diversity, not celebrating the bands actually attending South By. I don’t let things like that dictate my actions. That’s how I roll. Maybe I’ll do a review of what I see in Austin. Maybe I won’t. You’ll have to wait and see.

For your sake, I really encourage you to get to the end of this weeks mix. The last six songs on here are my favorite at the moment. Especially the Rosebuds. Their album Birds Make Good Neighbors is a must listen.

If anyone can help me with the real title to the Quasimoto song and the album you’ll earn an official Donnybrook tie and blazer badge set. [editor's note - Tie and blazer badge not actually available.]
