It’s ’80s workout week at the Manor! Barely clinging to our New Years’ resolutions, we needed a little something something to get our glistening, iron-pumping swell on.
So for the rest of the week we will be posting these gems in the morning. Today we have the theme song from St. Elmo’s fire, and it makes us wildly optimistic for the new day. Thanks to our friend Chris for the hot hot tip!

Did you know that John Parr’s big 80′s hit Naughty, Naughty was shot in San Francisco??!?! I know! Amazing, right? And I was like….and all. The Man in Motion himself! Have a look at the screenshot below. Does it look familiar?

OK, back to my workout… Where’s my copy of the soundtrack to “Casual Sex”?
Thank you for bringing up Naughty, Naughty! Haha. That’s a really cool column you got there. I want one of those in Denver, although I think we would be relegated to writing about Things to Do In Denver When You’re Dead. Maybe some John Denver videos?
