We here in the hallowed halls of the Manse love mothers. Especially ours – thanks for having the good sense to shirk off your desires for romantic love and choose to marry up instead. We wouldn’t be here sipping scotch on the East Veranda (Blue label only, of course) fanning ourselves with an air of distaste, giving everyone else the stink-eye, if it weren’t for you lovely ladies and your (servants) daily sacrifices.
