Rings: The Bigger The Ring, The Louder The Statement

The rings may be cute, but if they are keeping you from functioning properly, then they are doing their jobs.
These rings are made for statement purposes only, and by no means make it easy for you to accomplish any task.
Thanks to some celebrity upbringing from “ring” masters like Miley Cyrus, Nicole Richie and Jerseylicious cast members, Olivia and Tracy, these rings are hands down taking over the fashion world.
Don’t ask me how the Jersey hair crew, Olivia and Tracy manage to cut hair and apply makeup to clients with a three-inch light bolt ring attached to their fingers. Their commitment to the style has helped spawned it’s growth.
They’ve shown us the ropes as how to take your hand from boring to bold by slipping on a gigantic ring to flash some bling and make shaking hands with somebody even more awkward.
Typically known as “cocktail rings” or now, just simply “fashion rings” because they are worn and paired with the everyday casual attire, or to simply spice up an outfit, this addictive trend has popped up everywhere.
Some of these rocks even stretch across multiple fingers, to say things like, “love” or “peace.” Even though they resemble more of what brass knuckles are, if you slap a cute word or symbol on it, it’s now an iconic fashion piece of jewelry.
But, be careful and know when to wear these pieces. Work, for example is not the proper place. If I get scratched or wounded one more time from the drive-thru window or when I’m given change at the grocery store, my claws just might come out.
Celebrities are able to pull this off while on duty, because their job is to act and look good. Sporting a two inch slithering snake across your phalanges and doing your job for an average person, it’s better to minus the ring.
My advice, rock the trend, but know it’s place. Sure, they’re cute to wear out shopping; showing it off with all your new purchases, or holding your cranberry and vodka cocktail up at a late-night dinner party. Those by all means, are perfectly swell occasions to break out your stylish ring guns.
So, whether you do it for fashion, or as a loaded weapon to use against the jackass who won’t stop feeling you up at the bar, you’re a fashion insider, and you know how to rock it.
It’s clear that this creative trend has caught on. Thanks to a little help with some experimental and out-there fashionistas, you can snatch these fashion rings at just about any clothing merchandise or accessory store.
