Soundcheck | The Donnybrook Writing Academy

Thanks to I’m A Boy for kicking-off our Donnybrook BBQ at Larimer on Sunday. It was an amazing show all around. For another chance to catch them, go out to the Oriental tomorrow night.

Friday night at the Hi-Dive is a very special, must-see show featuring the d. biddle CD release. I’ve been loving the new album, Rabbit and the Moon, and you’ll get a free copy with your admission. It’s hot shit!!

Other than that, this weekend is pretty much dominated by the Westword Music Showcase featuring all the usual suspects, with the inclusion of newbies the Widowers.

Enjoy!

Usual suspects? Have you read the lineup? There’s tons of new bands playing it that did not last year. Not just Widowers.

    A Shoreline Dream
    Astrophagus
    Overcasters
    Astra Moveo
    Autokiniton
    Hello Kavita

    Should I go on?
    The Heyday
    The Hollyfelds
    Paperbird
    Bela Karoli

I do very much regret not promoting A Shoreline Dream.
