The Lady Tigra - Bass on the Bottom | The Donnybrook Writing Academy

Fans of the Miami Bass sound will recognize The Lady Tigra as half of L’Trimm, the adolescent duo who recorded the classic “Cars That Go Boom.” After many years out of the public eye, Tigra is back on the scene with some new recordings, including the electro freshness of “Bass on the Bottom.” The song itself is, like “Cars,” a bubblegummy party jam, but the Blaxploitation inspired video for it is easy to enjoy. Not just because of the scantily clad women, either (although that never hurts).
