As snobs, we have a healthy appreciation for the French. Two years ago for Bastille Day (July 14th), we threw a fete that was, how you say, tres chouette et sexy? This year, we don’t have our shit together so much. Will someone remind me next spring to throw a Bastille Day party? It was the cat’s pajamas!

OMG! The couple from my high-school French language videos! I always speculated that Mireille did not shave her armpits.
She also NEVER wore a bra. My male friends reminded me of that, apparently it was the biggest thing they remembered about French in Action. For me it’s the theme song, which will probably be stuck in my head forever.
